Shipping policy

Shipping costs are a flat rate - $2 for shipping within Australia, and $5 for the rest of the world.

International Shipping Covers:
- New Zealand
- US
- United Kingdom, including Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland
- Canada
- Asia, including Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and Japan

At the moment, thanks to new PPWR packaging regulations, I can't ship to EU countries - sorry! Further clarification is coming on these regulations, so I encourage my friends in European countries to sign up to the mailing list - I hope to send a happy email about opening up to EU subscribers in the months to come! 🤞

All letters are shipped from my home in Australia, by me. Batches of letters will always be sent towards the end of the month, to arrive the following month. So, your August subscription fee will go towards your September fulfilment.

I understand letters can get lost - please reach out if your letter hasn't arrived 4 weeks after it's been sent.
