Questions from the trail
Everything you need to know before your first letter arrives.
When will my first letter arrive?
Letters are shipped out at the end of each month - so an order made on the 15th of August will ensure you receive September's letter, mailed at the end of August!
Please allow four weeks after shipment for your letter to arrive - in the case of your letter getting lost in the mail, feel free to contact me for help!
Do I need to start from the first chapter?
Not necessary! The chapters are written with the intention of being similar to episodes in a TV show - reading past chapters helps your immersion, but you should still be able to enjoy your letter as a standalone tale!
All new subscribers gain access to an online drive of previous chapters, so that anyone can catch up on what they've missed if they'd like to do so!
Periodically, I'll be selling back issues and bundles of past letters, for those who want to collect physical copies of all chapters!
Can I cancel or skip a month?
Yes! Upon subscribing, you'll have access to a subscription portal, through which you'll be able to manage, cancel or change your subscription any time!
Do you post internationally?
I offer domestic shipping here within Australia, as well as international shipping to the following countries:
- New Zealand
- US
- United Kingdom, including Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland
- Canada
- Asia, including Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and Japan
I'm unable to offer shipping to EU countries at this time, sorry!!
